Hi, my neurophysiotherapist mentioned this yesterday, which I had not heard of before, it is available in Aberdeen at an MSS centre,
Does anyone have any experience or advice please ?

I don’t have any experience but there is a previous post where this has been discussed. I have copied in the link below for you..

Hope these help a little bit.

Hello Jim

I think you may get some joy from @pando and @smellypup on this subject.
They have discussed this quite a bit on this forum and I believe @smellypup has made extensive use of the same.
Ann @Mrs5K has included the links to some of their posts in her earlier response.

Perhaps you may wish to give it a go if it’s available at Aberdeen MSS Centre - maybe you can get an NHS referral?

In my opinion it is like a multiplier for gains, so get it done, you want at least 30 hours at ATA2. I have around 45 hours. Trying to get @pando onboard too so he can give his experience it is fairly cutting edge .

Yeah try to get as many hours as you can. The Israeli studies were done using 60 hours and from other studies we know there isn’t much neuroplasticity gains until 20 hours. I started to notice more around 17 hours myself. Stuck through to 45 and still am gaining day after day still, also getting regular massage and acupuncture.

Thanks, I had my first normal pressure treatment this morning, I’ll have a few weeks of this, then move to the hyperbaric treatment after that

What is that exactly, oxygen fed in at normal pressures?
