Probably more cost effective to buy but try before you do.
If you can afford it is money well spent.
Check out things like size, you probably want to take it somewhere by car.
Range, how far will it take you on a charge and how long does a recharge take.
Ask others. Maybe second hand or reconditioned though I’ve no experience of that.
