An invitation - Just One Ting Challenge

Hello folks.

As Rupert has shared a link with is that I think offers a great opportunity for each and everyone of us to do just one thing that could improve our health and well being without taxing us to much, I feel it is time to set a challenge.

How about we each of us choose just one thing that we would like to do that will benefit us in one way or another and see it through. I suggest we aim to revisit after say three or six months to see how we got on.

You can declare here what one thing you have chosen to do.

Mine would perhaps have to be drink more water & less coffee. We’ll see how I get on.

Good choice - it’s doable and so makes the challenge easier but also you reap the benefits which in turn could inspire you to do just another one more thing :slight_smile:

Just one thing… I’d be branded juvenile if I said what I really want to say. Probably, more health eating.

@ManjiB , I’m not as youthful as I was. It’s my version of humour that’s junvenile.

I’m guessing knock-a-door-run once a day, it won’t make you very popular in the neighbourhood but it will keep you fit.

@Rups , nope not knock-a-door-run. I’ve had some of these eejits do that in my neighbourhood recently. I knew the parents of one of the kids and they told him off. Serves him right!
