It has been a while since I posted on here I would firstly like to say thank you to everyone who has been so supportive and given me advice on helping with my father inlaw. Unfortunately passed away on 11/04/2023, due to pneumonia. We are deeply saddened, however I plan to stick around on here as the forum is such an amazing place and has really been supportive. I wasn’t able to bring myself to use the forum for a while as it was all so fresh. But the stroke association has been amazing and everyone on here is so supportive and undersranding.
So sorry bto hear about your father in law Natasha93 but pleased to hear you got help from this lovely caring Forum. Haven’t been on here very long myself bu have had lots of information and help since I joined. Take care and best wishes to your family
This forum is amazing, and my stroke guide in general I use to spend a lot of time on here looking for advice and reading through others posts for help. There are a lot of great people here, thank you for your kind message. I hope you are well x
Hi Natasha, so sorry to hear your sad news. I’m pleased to hear that you have found this forum to be helpful when you needed it.
I have found it to be invaluable on many occasions since my hemorrhagic stroke in 2017 and often wondered where I would have turned without the many amazing contributors who use this forum.
