My PT and her boss left me with a kind of vibration thing you stuck to your arm to help you flex your fingers. I used it (as instructed) for 3 days and then stopped. My hand had formed a ‘claw’ and was completely frozen.
With the help. of my wife’s massage abilities and heat pads, we managed to unfreeze it but it had still set me back a couple of months. Still have a way to go before I’m back to where I was before the wretched thing came into my life.
My PT relieved me of it and told me they didn’t work for everyone.
Ah well… Back to the drawing board.
