@Mick1 Standing or walking (if possible) bare-foot serves 2 purposes:
- Earthing to remove inflammation (I do 1-4 hours on my lawn per day) and it IS wonderful
- Stimulate the brain (and foot receptors) on the opposite side to the foot that is affected
Both are free (if you can bring yourself to do them)
