Grounding

Hello wonderful warriors,

This is a heads-up post ; if anyone is suffering from any pain, or inflammation (they usually go together) then I strongly recommend Grounding. Also known as Earthing, this refers to physical (or electrical) contact between you and the ground. The ground is negatively charged, and free electrons will flood your body. These electrons are used by your white blood cells (neutrophils) to neutralize inflammation. These 2 documentaries are a good introduction to the subject. I recommend starting with a grounding mat from Hooga, for a couple of hours a day.

It is helping me with sleep, nerve pain, and more. Good luck, Roland

Thank you for your post. Something quite different.
The American information is a bit wooly for me, but the message is interesting.
Nothing to loose in having a go at taking your socks off!
I can’t help thinking of those earthing straps we used to put on cars!

The good news is that grounding works just as well here as it does in, say, Alaska.
