Another first to share,my first apple​:green_apple:i have had apple slices and apple crumble, but this afternoon i ate an apple, it was hard going and took me most of an hour but i got there in the end :green_apple::green_apple::green_apple::green_apple:

Another wonderful first -a rare trip out to the Natural History Museum, i felt ‘normal’ for the first time in 5 years.

A wonderful first,well not anymore,since the 7/5 I’ve been transferring using a (SARA) standing and raising aid,no longer hoisted about like a block of concrete.this device has restored my humanity, we humans are bipedal and confining me to a bed or chair has been mental, respiratory and gut health agony.

Feet, meet grass, grass, meet feet. I say a similar thing when I take off my shoes, feet, meet sun, sun, meet feet. I think that is a terrific sensory and tactile milestone. :footprints::footprints:
