I’ve had a bunch of firsts in the last two weeks:my first strawberry,my first piece of chocolate,saying “hi to a number of different people who hadn’t hear me speak,saying “Hank you” to my daughter for the gifts she brought me from Southeast Asia

Yes @Mrs5K delicious! I had a first today that I’m not so proud of but it is what it is! I was out on the patio with my eldest daughter taking selfies when I noticed that I have a few grey hairs!!!part of being 50,I suppose!!

I got my 1st grey hairs at 16 - at 50 i’m almost completely grey - hair dye and a good friend who colours my hair for me keep do wonders for my morale.

16 omg then at 50 no surprise! I don’t think my brain computes my age I still think I’m 16! which is utterly ridiculous considering I have 3 adult daughter’s,the hard part is they became adults while I was in a coma,PDOC and recovering!and my brain is yet to catch up❣️ 🜁

Another exciting first sittin at the end of my bed during care home physio and my eldest daughter.i was rather wobbly but i was rather pleased with myself

A first to commerate a laat. My youngest daughter Tara tells me that, my last meal before my aneurysm burst was pasta pesto. Well 4years later, tonight i had pasta and pesto, one of my favourites
