@ManjiB , don’t know about that. I’m not on the same level of guitar playing greats such as… Hank Marvin, Eric Clapton, Brian May, Tony Iommi, Slash, George Harrison, Mark Knoppfler etc. I’ve even heard great guitar rifts on many great pop songs (i.e. Danger Zone by Kenny Loggins). You should try it again. It could help with coordination. It could also help with keeping your brain sharp so your memory doesn’t stagnate. For me, it’s that and video games.
