Clay pigeon shooting

Hi all, prior to my stroke I enjoyed clay pigeon shooting.

My stoke was 4 weeks ago and I am nervous about giving it a go again. Does anyone on the forum shoot, when did you return to it and how did you feel?

Only done it once as part of my sons stag weekend, and I did enjoy it but I don’t think I’d take it up as a hobby.
So long as your coordination is ok, I can’t see a problem.
4 weeks might be rushing it, but everyone is different. If you feel up to it- go for it.
It’s not like you have anyone in front of you to get hit if your aim is off

Perhaps when you feel the time is right, try laser clays to begin with there are afew places where it’s possible. A lot less dangerous if it doesn’t work out and the technique would be similar?
