Life is generally good for me post-stroke. I’ve kept up with my physio (three or for time a week) that i started with the OT therapists when i had my stroke in may '21, also regular 10 minute stretching yoga. Left side is affected but only in so far as lots of muscle tension sometimes restricting movement.

For the first time in four plus years since my cerebellar stroke, there was an exercise that was actually EASIER on my left side than the right - it has always been more difficult on the left.
I’ll take that as a little win. Keeping up with stuff long term does have make a difference ![]()
