I did 30-40 minutes of Earthing (old school style) today. Cows are warm blooded with a core temperature of 101°, but during Winter they grow a longer, thicker coat of hair, increase their metabolism, and ground. Walking was sub-par, so I decided to become a cow. I live at latitude 51½° N and it is 5th February, our coldest month, but today was 9°C / 49°F. The soles of our feet have 1400 receptors per inch², and I weigh 87kg, and am standing on both feet (157 in²) with a pressure of 1.4 kg/in² or 3.1 psi. No wonder the electrons flowed into me this morning and I feel great ! My Radiologist friend just txt me “Best way in so many ways… we should all do it”
