Writing helps

I know others have said how much writing about their stroke helps…I just wanted to endorse that view.
For the last few weeks I’ve been writing a blog, here’s the latest post but by all means have a look at some of the other ones:

I’m fortunate that I can also play guitar and sing, and I’ve written songs about my experience, the first is called “Ballad of the Helpless” and is out this week on Spotify, YouTube and other streaming.
My recording name is Grovesider.

Well done @Tanner1962 good to hear you are progressing well. It is strange when they show you the scans isnt it. I didn’t know what to expect but found that seeing them & them explaining it to me did help.

Keep up the writing. It definitely helps.
