Happiness can mean many things to many people.
To me, it is something I don’t often see or spoken about, though I am sure it is there if you look.
What I would like to do is use this post to see if I can’t spread a little happiness, after all being happy is good for you.
I am very happy I have been able to take the time to write this and I am happier knowing that at least one person reading this post will also feel happy after reading this
To help the mood, I will share with you a song that may also help

Hello @elljay1 - I have a feeling you probably do know what happiness is. Isn’t happiness all around us? Sometimes we don’t even know it’s there. I bet you could come up with something that makes you happy or used to make you happy or would make you happy. There you go three different angles for you to search in and come up with something that defines happiness for you.
How about the smell of freshly cut grass, the smell of bread baking in the oven or freshly brewed coffee? A bit controversial these days, but what about the smell of burning tobacco from a pipe smoker smoking his pipe or even cigar smoke?
How about your favourite chocolate or ice cream or whatever?
Spending time with your friends? Watching a movie, listening to music?
Spending time with your husband, looking after him?
And to your question of “What is love?” Well where do I start?
Love - is that something that makes you feel warm inside, makes you happy, makes you sad?
Love is …
… is it something money can’t buy?
or maybe it is something that money can buy?

@pando - Bobby Hebb, nostalgic. Yes, I suppose so. I actually learned about this version long after I heard (and liked) the cover version that Boney M did in the 70s peaking at #3 and a follow up to their chart debut Daddy Cool.
I used to think covers could never better originals, but not any more. I think there are some fantastic originals that will never be bettered and there are some covers that simply blow the originals away.

As I write, I can see the sun is shining outside. For me, when I walk out and feel the sun warming my face, I feel happy. It is nature’s way to make you feel happy.
