Vitamin D

I spent 5 or 6 hours outside Earthing every day this week ; but my bowel motility has been low & slow ; (bit of constipation happens when the body steals water from stool sitting there - only a health freak like me knows this kinda crap). But.. that’s odd for me ; I think I take a ton of magnesium since I know lack of magnesium leads to dry bowels; well, this morning it suddenly dawned on me; the season for producing Vitamin D from the Sun is now open (check it on Dminder app if you like). The body’s pathway to creating vitamin D consumes metabolic oil (magnesium) all the way ! Bingo! My answer - duh! Wakey, wakey : That’s one to remember for next Spring !

@pando , vitamin supplements are a good idea. I use the multi-vitamins and cod liver oil capsules. It’s done me no harm. Hopefully, supplements is a way to help you.

Yes, agreed, I have every supplement ‘under the sun’ in the house ; so, of course I take Cod Liver oil. But my style is to get as much as possible from natural bioavailable sources ; real food / nutrition. Except we cannot get enough magnesium (copper, sulphur, et al.) from our environment. And popping a pill is a poor substitute for the real deal; sunlight.

@pando , I get what your saying. I don’t always rely on supplements, I use them to help keep me up to speed. From Cod liver oils capsules to multi-vitamins (A-Z). I merely use it to give me a boost. As you said “real food” is one of the many things need to aid recovery.

I do use a cheap Amazon Chinese grounding pillow - then a Hooga mat - and a wristband around my left ankle. This week I wore a splint on my affected foot. But remember I earth via Major Tom ; my Gaia Terminal I had installed. My next clip I just filmed outside is mostly about fascia! Here’s Major Tom, which is far more powerful than grounding through a mains plug
