UCL's Online "Eye-Search" Therapy issue

Hi EmeraldEyes,

Many thanks for your suggestion and the link to UCL’s IT helpdesk.

Yesterday, I made contact with them via their IT online chat..
After a couple of hours, they concluded that they were unable to help me. However, they did suggest that I email the head of IT in their “Brain Services Department”, as they were the authors of the Eye-Search Therapy programme. I emailed them late yesterday afternoon and await their response.
Here’s hoping they’ll be able to bring the programme back to life.

Once again, many thanks for your help.

Kind Regards

Graham.

Hi Anna,

Many thanks for your post.

The website link worked fine; it’s just that the programme won’t run.

Just to keep you up to speed on developments:-

Great to hear it’s now up and running again. The links on the Stroke Associations website have also now been fixed so they should direct people straight there now.
