Tom Balchin's book 'Had a Stroke, Now what?'

Would others recommend this book?

I hear it’s a good starting point

Yes. Definitely. It’s full of useful relevant information for anyone that’s had a stroke. And for family members or relatives too.

Greetings Nico and welcome to the community.

I am still waiting to get hold of a copy from my local library so I can’t say one way or another, but I believe there are some members of this forum who have read it and do highly recommend it.

I would suggest you probably can’t go wrong if you were to invest in it.

Wishing you all the best.

Thanks everybody for all your replies. None of your reactions has been negative and after reading the book I have to say the I am glad I did. It’s slightly long winded at times but I have found everything discussed very relevant to my situation and think I have picked up some good ideas and suggestion. So I would give it a high rating.
