I think that I accidently pressed ‘To unsubscribe from these emails click her’ How do I check if I have? and if I had to do I subscribe again?

Who was the email from! If it was notifications for the forum then
Click your avatar (picture or initials in circle at top)
Select silhouette of head & shoulders
Select Preferences
Then in the 2nd line / section down the gear wheel if it’s not already select
Then in the line below select emails (and may want to change notifications too)
Of course if you talking about something else then we have no way of knowing what the above suggestion is just to guess based on context of where you’ve posted
