Hi Phil–Welcome! You’ll find there’re a lot of really nice people at this site with a wealth of personal stroke experience. (Although we are not experts or doctors, it helps to hear what others have experienced and gone through.) Also, we have some fun. There are game posts and “funnies” posts to participate in. And you probably will be able to help others with your experiences. Glad to have you here!

Microsoft Teams is the same thing. You don’t need an account, you can just join the meeting with the link they provide.
