Thanks to everyone who was at the Stroke Cafe today. Only my second time and it has helped so much to hear people with shared experiences, but also talikng about their stroke symptoms, particularly ones that happen months atfer their stroke!
We’re just happy to be able to pay the support that we got when we arrived forwards to others
It would be nice if we could create a rolling ‘pay-it-forward’ tradition 
Something could be facilitated and coordinated to help us deliver more value than we currently do . Note though That the cafe is a community created service to peers & not a SA function (we remain hopeful of support)
