The Great Frank Frazetta

One of my Art Heroes growing up was the illustrator: Frank Frazetta. He went thru 6 strokes and lost the ability to move his right arm/ hand. He was a master of realistic fantasy with much detail. Amazingly he forced himself to work with his left hand and arm and became just as good with the left. I can’t imagine that. I tried to do this myself and I draw like a little child lol. There is a Frazetta museum in Pennsylvania only about 45 mins. from me. Wonderful gallery. An inspiration for sure. He passed away at 82. 2010.
Conan The Barbarian was his signature character.

I like him too, I have a book of his artwork somewhere, didn’t know about the strokes though.

I’ve never come across his work but a definite inspiration by sounds of it.
