Stroke Survivor - His story

I would like to share a couple of videos which I found very easy on the eye, very informational and very honest inasmuch the person sharing their story isn’t (as far as I can tell) trying to promote anything, though the video has been sponsored but I don’t believe it is directly related to stroke (the sponsor/product).

Worth watching - there are some really useful tips. It helps that the person is someone I admired and still do for their achievements and humility.

Stroke survivor speaking of their experience

A shorter version of the same story

In watching these videos, even after all I have seen and read to date, I still found it very interesting and it reminded me just how fragile we are

Beautiful, humble person, telling it as it is.

I was aware he had had a stroke & has since got back to presenting on the athletics. He is someone I admired too…big athletics fan. His fitness probably helped his recovery but his story is very similar to all of ours too. Thank you for e sharing.

I remember being absolutely shocked when I found out, a supreme athlete who has worked hard for years, gave back in spade loads to his community. The man suffered and triumphed in so many ways we can all relate to here I think and should be an inspiration as well as a reminder this horrible thing van get anyone. Thank you for posting,

Stroke does not discriminate and it respects no one!
