Site feedbacklink

Out of curiosity, why doesn’t the Site feedback link work?

Actually Lea, now that you’ve mentioned that, I’ve discovered fault under the Useful links menu, they’re not bringing up anything, well, there’s the odd occasion when you can open something after clicking around the items several times. @CommunityAdmin

Are you both talking about the phone app?
I see no error with any of that on the PC.
All links are working for me.

I don’t have the phone app so can’t compare.
Maybe someone with both PC and phone can find a bit more.

Keep on keepin’ on

I’m not using the app, but using the website on my phone
Either way, there is an issue :frowning:

For me it’s on my computer. Occasionally one of the might work but it’s sporadic.

I thought it was going to contradict me this morning because I clicked on News and it worked, so I closed that page and clicked it again and it wouldn’t open.

Ah, but now I’ve tried double clicking and they all seem to work, go figure

I can’t say without seeing your PC but it might be a setting on your browser or PC itself.

If you can consistently open by double clicking then it is probably not the website.

The mouse settings should give you an option to open with either single or double click. This applies to Windows, Linux and probably Mac, but I don’t have the latter to be able to confirm.

Don’t tell me Microsoft have switched something in their last update  That wouldn’t surprise me.

You could try searching for mouse settings in Window$, you should find instructions to check how it is set on your device.

this might help

Ok, big son has just come in, he’s the computer wizard, and it turns out my clicky finger is about a millisecond too slow for them links  And that’s my stroke hand of course, just another one to add to my funky stroke list hey-ho

But we made a discovery while trying to figure it out. By pressing and holding the left mouse button, you can move them to reorder the list…just in that section of Useful links. Neither use nor ornament when you’ve got a full computer screen to see them all anyway

If you look in the little box just above your post you will see the buttons and tick boxes that will let you set how the things that you are talking about happen. These options are available in File Explorer.

Elsewhere you can also change things like click speed. I’m not sure if that interests you, but a quick google will show you how.
