Hi all,

You may have noticed that the widget for accessing our Service Desk and Web Portal that usually sits on the bottom right-hand side of the site has temporarily disappeared.

Please be assured that our team is actively working on restoring it. However, it might take a little time to resolve this issue.

In the meantime, you can still access the Service Desk and Web Portal here, or by clicking the ‘Help with this site’ button in the Useful links section.

We understand the importance of these tools for your interaction with us and are doing our best to ensure they’re available to you as soon as possible.

Hello everyone,

Just a brief update on where we are with the Service desk widget; we’re still working on bringing it back and making sure it works well on both mobile and desktop. In the meantime, you can still access the service desk and web portal by clicking the ‘Help with this site’ button in the ‘Useful links’ section found in the sidebar on the left of the page.
