Sea Therapy

No question that we are designed and evolved to eat paleolithic diet. Put a piece of beef in your mouth but don’t chew… notice how it starts to shrink all on its own ? that’s because our saliva is already digesting it. And next day there’s little to no bowel movement / waste. Different organs to digest it. Efficient.

A lot of complications were introduced 12,000 years ago with agriculture. You will hear people in both camps, plant based only .. or carnivore. I simply note there are advantages & disadvantages here, there, everywhere. What is true is that we are omnivores. When the hunting got unlucky, we fasted, and ate a few berries. Each person’s gut is unique; our flora has taken a lifetime to build. Does our diet depend on our blood type ? Well maybe ; who truly knows ? We need to be wise, not only about what we eat, but especially about eating good quality food. But nutritional quality is dire these days. Minerals are gone from our soil, depleted, and full of pesticides and we cannot create new soil in just a few years. We have to turn to the Sea as a resource. The amount of food we have to create in the next 50 years is similar to what we came up with in the last 10,000.

“We will need to produce more food in the next 50 years than we have in the entire last 10,000 years.”

This statement is attributed to sources like the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations. It’s not a precise, literal measurement but a dramatic and largely accurate illustration of the scale of the challenge.

Absolutely harimanjaro and that is why we must all listen to our own body and what it tells us. There is no one cap fits all solution but there is a solution that is right for you and it is up to you to find it. Listening to your body will get you there.

Thanks for your input and thoughts on the subject, one which is very close to my heart
