Roland's Q&A Sessions

Roland will be running his online Q&A session for stroke survivors and carers on 6:00 pm GMT Tuesday 27th January, 2026 at Launch Meeting - Zoom

Wonderful folks; I am thinking of starting my own little Zoom support group for stroke survivors and caregivers to provide connection, offer guidance, and foster hope.

Roland’s Café (except I don’t drink coffee) could be a weekly Q&A session where you can ask a few questions, learn about some new therapy, or offer some tips yourself?

I’ve clocked up 3 years of post-stroke (26/42 NIH SS) experience and my passion is on natural cures and solutions that I have lived and breathed ; but I’m no slouch and have nothing against mainstream medicine, either. I’m not intending to advise about meds, obviously, as I’d rather leave that to your team. However I would like to offer any advice on therapies that worked for me and that I follow con gusto. My own recovery journey is in full swing ; I am work in progress, and have my own dedicated team supporting me around the clock ; a Radiologist, a Psychologist, a Chinese Medicine Doctor, a Craniosacral Therapist, a Stroke-Physio, and the best Wife in the World! The furthest I have walked is one mile !

I have read 120 books on health and medicine in 2 years (such was my resilience & will to overcome my stroke), so I feel a blog, support group, or even just conversations with others facing similar struggles may be in order. Plus, several people have requested Q&A sessions in the past, but I’ve no idea if there’s any ongoing interest or demand for such an enterprise. Nor do I know how to set up such sessions (yet!). My YouTube channel is called Start Again https://www.youtube.com/@Start-Again-xyz/videos and my next clip will be about how Sulphur can help misbehaving nerves (like excitotoxicity), a problem which many stroke survivors like myself come up against. Ciao for now, Roland

Noted Roland.
Thanks for organising and wishing you success!
I believe this will be a most interesting experience for anyone who is able to join.
What you are doing and what you have achieved is out of this world.

Thank you for your kind words @ManjiB.. I’ve just finished my latest clip on The Science of Sulfur ; It’s an intense half an hour, but for someone with angry nerve pain, it should provide some valuable clues. Now we’ll find out if I can help anyone in a live session ?!

@pando Sometimes stroke survivors just need someone to listen and your idea is fabulous as was @Bobbi with the OMG WhatsApp group which is running very successfully and until that WhatsApp group I felt so isolated, now I feel I have someone to talk to 24/7. @Bobbi has given me more support than anyone since my stroke. Which I am eternally grateful for. Have an amazing day and I will try to join your meeting.

No problem,

I have attended Bobbi’s meetings, and they’re good fun. I am a Bobbi fan ; he has a great personality. Who knows what my meeting will turn into ; it will depend on folks there as much as me. I am attempting something rather ambitious ; to help folks who are looking for a little more insight into their condition, or just looking for some tips. And if I don’t know an answer, maybe someone else might.

thx, ciao, Roland
