Roast

I cooked roast lamb, with all the trimmings, this evening and it was edible, in fact it was rather tasty. As I was never Pru Leith before the stroke, I was well chuffed.

Great job!!!

I used to be closer to chef than cook, but am afraid my few efforts these days are a bit more laissez-faire. I am so happy for you, as well as whoever was given the opportunity to share that meal with you!
