@pando pando Wow. There is so much I’d like to say. Apparently ive been earthing for years and didn’t consciously know it. I believe everything you said. I believe it because I live it. Its an awareness of the effects of positive/negative charges and the undeniable influence on my well being. I made a post once claiming that Im not interested in going back to pre stroke life. Back before my CVA , I did not have time or willingness to explore earthing, philosophy, nutrition, etc. I have plenty of time now. Most days I’m grateful for this stroke in that ive been given 2 shots at life. 2 completely different worlds in one lifetime. Bravo on the video. The video itself is positive energy and I’m so receptive. We could get along well. What will 2026 bring? Some healing and peace is my goal. Thanks.

@pando pando I f I told you that I often tell people that my stroke turned me into a hippy , would you understand where I’m coming from? . I bet you do.

Now that we really appreciate life, we can enjoy it more than ever ! Thank you for your kind words, your testimonial, your awareness. We are blessed to have many pathways and opportunities to return to nature ; it’s there waiting for us … ready to heal us when we wake up to this fact.

Great video as always 
One thing that occurs to me is that you seem able to make time for all the different things you do in your day - that must take a lot discipline.
Is it the case you have been Earthing for one year?
You mention it is one year ago at 17:20 into the video, but I am not sure what anniversary you are making reference to.
There is no doubt, in your case all the things you are doing are working and the progress you have made and continue to make is amazing.

You are too kind, and yes, I have been Earthing for 1 year / this video is a 1-year celebration. A friend prompted me to try just over a year ago, and I started with a mat. After a month, armed with a multimeter, I discovered it was even more powerful outdoors.
I am writing a book (with a co-author) and it is in its final stages; today I worked 2.5 hours on it. I also Earthed 2 hours outside. But there’s plenty I did not do: No walk today. (There will be tomorrow.) Time must be used wisely, and I am far from perfect, and rely heavily on my wife; I cannot drive (yet) although I have been promoted to chief navigator!

I think you and Simonetta make a great team.
Also your Chinese doctor friend may have been a good person to have around to bounce ideas from.
I am sure your book will make interesting reading and I wish you all the best.
