Here is a challenge.
This is an activity open to all who are able to post on this Forum. (even @Anna_Moderator)
Think about winter. Take a photograph this winter.
It can be any subject, any place any object, anything taken at the moment during winter.
Take your one photo and post it here together with a few words.
I am hoping enough will participate and that our activity will create a varied collection of words and pictures.
I am hoping it will be a gallery of our collective effort as a community.
Great idea and I’ve loved looking at all the photos so far. As someone largely housebound these pics are a wonderful reminder of Nature, the Seasons and the passage of time. I need to get outside. I loved the hints of Spring in the pics too. So thanks to Bobbi and to everyone for sharing their beautiful pics love Carol / Cazza xx and looking forward to seeing the Spring and Summer photos as the year moves on and I start to whinge about feeling too hot it’s coming, but can’t imagine it now, as I clutch my hot water bottle each night.
This is some collection of winter pics from everyone they all speak to the winter soul in me: I may now feel the cold but what is better than being out a good winter walk on a crisp clear day then back for some comforting food? Not much.
Give it a haircut, all those crossover whips … snip. Upward whips can be snipped, they are leeching off the tree. Downwards ones can be shortened to an appropriate height. You train a tree to be able to be picked from. Snip close at a downward angle so moisture can run off and not get trapped.
