PBO my understanding of it

Finally identified the phenomenon that has plagued me since the stroke happened.
It had to be rare and not known about to add to my life mix

Very intriguing. At least you have an explanation for what might be happening now. Even if it is a rare thing. Let’s hope the brain eventually realises that you have an arm that you’d like to make use of & it starts to get some proper movement back.

That is the hope that something is waking up , obviously I’m experiencing Chang this year as my eyesight has improved to a point where I’m invited to carry out a driving’s assessment. That is good but initially I was completely blind in the left side of each eye but now I’m not so in four years the brain has repaired something ? Hence hope is there a recovery is possible.

My foot drop and left ankle weakness is still as bad as ever real improvement in this area would help my showering

My foot drop is bad too & causes many issues. I have FND as well as having a stroke & that isn’t helping my foot & leg issues. A shower seat helps when i am in the shower along with grab rails & and a long handled sponge & hubby to help me get in it in 1st place

I’m okay getting up in the raised tray it’s the decent soonest on s shower stool to dry off the my good lady dries my feet and I put the AFO boots on and reti to the bedroom. No chance yet of getting into the shower and independently washing yet even after 4 years 5 months into my recovery. Some would say it’s still early days and I may agree but very frustrated

Hopefully that independence will come in time. You have been making progress in other things so every chance this will follow.

I wish it would as a chunk of light in my life
