Hmmmmmmm. This one hasn’t jumped out at me so I am going to go away and have a think about it. I will be back

So, after staring at this for a very lobg time I think it has finally come to me.

In the middle of the word hood are the letters ROB so that made me think it might be ROB IN HOOD “Robin Hood”.

That was tough.

Whoopee! for me and you. You got it! And I’m happy to have found one that was a little bit hard for you. You’re such a rebus expert! I’ll keep looking to stump you.

I wonder if this one will

:grin::grin::grin: i definitely found that one more difficult.

This is a difficult one too.

Is it Whinny? As in something a horse does.

:thinking::thinking::thinking::thinking::thinking: i’m off for another think.

Here’s another rebus

Oooo now that’s got me scratching my head.

I’ll be back

I wonder if I might set a puzzle here …

My neighbour has two sons whose names can be identified from what they do.

The first son, he likes to cut things fine but no matter where he is going or how many obstacles he faces, somehoe he always gets there just in time.

The second son, he’s a bit different. Not only does he not pay attention to time and place or event, he is forever being called. The caller is forever telling him he is being called over and over again.

My neighbour’s sons are called …

Over to you puzzlers

Jeanne - your Rebus puzzle looks like it could be a variant of the classic, “It’s not you, it’s me” ?
Am I right?

Sorry, ManjiB, you must try again.
But I admit, your puzzle has me totally stumped. I’ll have to think about it.
Are you open to giving those of us “of very little brain”, as Pooh says, a hint?

Hey Jeanne - OK, so the clues are of the cryptic crossword type if that helps?

So, I have been thinking about this at the back of my mind since yesterday. I am wondering if I got distracted by the “ at the top of the picture. Maybe they are there for a reason but I think I am going to ignore them as if I do I think the answer may be

Just between Me and You

If the “ are for a reason then I don’t have a clue :frowning:

I don’t really know but I am going to say one is called “Over” and the other either “Time” or “Justin”.

I am rubbish at cryptic crosswords.

I expect I am miles away.

Ann – you got it! It is “Just between you and me”.

As to ManjiB’s puzzle. I also think the first son’s name is Justin Time and the other son is called Over Time. Otherwise, I haven’t a clue.

Hey Jeanne, yes, both you and Ann @Mrs5K got number 1 son who is Justin as in “Just in time”.
Number 2 son is Colin as in “I’m callin’ you”.

Not the best, but it had you thinking for a while

A bien tot!

Yay happy I got one. The 2nd one was sneaky :rofl:
