can’t work out how to joint up … not well at mo. if I tell you the ones I’m thinking of would you sign me up and send joining links etc please? Tx

To join our online sessions you need to sign up to Online Activities. Once your sign up has been processed, you will then start to receive emails from us on the morning of the sessions with the joining details.

can’t get date of birth onto form!
Why not?
In above Date of Birth field, type in DoB in DD/MM/YYYY (Day/Month/Year) format.
DD - 2 digit date e.g. 20 (20th day)
MM - 2 digit month e.g. 06 (June)
YYYY - 4 digit year e.g. 1987
Tab out onto next data field
Or if you prefer, use Date Picker

I suggest it would be worth permanently placing this information at the top of the page useful for people like me who forget and for those new here who need a helping hand.
