One of my biggest failures is I look too far ahead in an attempt to prepare for the as yet unknown. I need to live more in the present so I’m told, but it is not a happy place.

In reality I am pleased to be where I’ve got to now considering what state I was in in hospital, the process of rehab has given me a life I was not sure I could have had
