Thanks Bobbi, early day stil but I’m game.
Will do it’s another coping strategy to make me more independent.
Share your successes with us, you should feel pleased with yourself.
I am sure, whoever we are and whatever our circumstances it is worth trying hard.
My wife and carer is always telling me I am very trying.
Yes Bobbi most wives level that at their husbands, I’m just pleased to be breathing and together so many people are not, the prospect of old age is frightening as it is a slow fall back to where the stroke has put me now , not much fun nor is it recoverable from

I’m slowly coming around to recognising that I am disabled.
I think I can reduce the disablement and its effect by accepting help, using devices such as the one you talk about here and shear bloody minded determination.
We don’t need to cave in and give up, we can strive and gain improvement. The quality of the life we live is up to us to achieve.
Every step, every ability regained is a victory.
You deserve to make progress, you must celebrate every triumph, no matter how small.
keep on keepin’ on
and enjoy some sunshine
Yes Bobbi the disability is not my major grip it’s the left side discomfort and overall malaise I feel when applying any weight on my left leg numb lid and face, taking 20 minutes to go away every time I walk any where. Living in hope
