Natural cream for pain

I’m looking for natural ingredient creams to help eith my mum’s pain. Which can be nerve or muscle related. Either way, i think it’s worth looking for a harmless complementary remedy for her.

Obviously it needs to be safe for someone on meds including aspirin so a remedy that doesn’t encourage blood thinning is best. Some herbs are pretty powerful.

Any recommendations welcome!

I have and use this

5kind Extra Strong Hemp Cream 300ml - High Strength Hemp Oil and Arnica Cream - for Massaging Joints & Muscles, Lower Back, Feet, Knees, Neck & Shoulders - Rich in Natural Ingredients

You can find it on Amazon. There are plenty more things to research ; it will take time, but will be worth the effort. If I just said that Peppermint oil will relax muscles, that may already be jumping the gun

good luck, Roland

I would ask your pharmacist. They will know how drugs interact with each other.

If buying arnica gel (which I swear by - bruises go over night!) make sure you get Vogel brand - all the others are homeopathic and so have no where near the high level of active ingredients, but Vogel has tons of the magic in.

Magnesium is great for muscle recovery too - you can get spray or cream to rub in - I’m a runner and use both of these for recovery/injury on legs, and I’ve been using it on hubby’s limbs too.

Good luck!
