A few months ago I told you all about my trip to see Take That ,since then there has been two more milestones.In September we went on a week’s holiday to Corfu .It’s a place we have been to many times.The greeting we had from the locals who we had got to know down the years was very emotional .We hired a wheelchair,it’s not a massive resort.It was so good to feel the warmth of the sun after missing a couple of years.The tour operator we booked was fantastic.The assistance at Corfu airport 10 /10 at UK airport 2/10 .The fatigue wasn’t as bad as it was after the concert.Four weeks ago I went back to work! I only work part time in a supermarket where I have worked for 28 years.My role is a cashier.My employer has been fantastic.Making a few adjustments for me .I’m just working a couple of hours a day .We are only a small store so you get regular customers.The reception I have had from customers has been unbelievable.This will be the first Christmas I have worked since 2021 .There are plenty of staff members around to give me any assistance I might need .
