My left side pain

I woke up this morn like any other but today my left foot was pain free totally in sync with the right but for a short time I was in bliss. . If only it would stay like this and add some movement in the mix and life could be better.

Yay bet that felt good if only for a short time. Let’s hope that is the start of it happening more & more often & fir longer periods of time. I have everything crossed for you.

Yes I do want it to stay in pain free mode permanently and improve knee movement and basic arm movement as well

 Yaaay, congratulations, though you might feel its a small and temporary improvement, it is still a connection being made and it can do it again, and again and again, until it gets it right! So now you know it’s there, it’s possible to make that improvement, the brain has created or repaired a connection. It just needs to make that connection more permanent. Repeat repeat repeat in much the same we do with our rehab exercises. You may even experience additional/greater fatigue, whilst your brain is messing around with your electrical signalling but it’s still progress :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Thanks they have happened before but fleetingly.
This time most of the day.
Fingers crossed it continues.

Good news, I’m pleased for you.

Slowly, slowly these gains do arrive.

We each recover at our own speed.

I am sure that there is always improvement ahead of us.

keep on keepin’ on

I think we can agree that there is no wonderful sudden cure.

There will always be ups and downs but we do move forward.

I feel happy and able to accept my lot remembering that there is a tomorrow.

Experience has shown me that over time there are small improvements and although I haven’t made the gains that some have I am doing things I once thought were nigh on impossible.

Its good to shout it out once in a while.

There are a lot of us finding our way through what stroke has left us to cope with.

If nothing else remember you are not alone.

Keep on keepin’ on

Happy to take any improvements over the snails pace recovery.
I would fall to the floor weeping if I were magically restored to a more viable form

@mrfrederickson

here is a crystal ball, a magician and a magic wand.

They come with no warranty, no guarantee, no recommendation

:crystal_ball: :mage: :magic_wand:

I also send a wish that you find your way to a resolution that suits you.

I’m sure looking at how bad it could have gone I have dodged a bullet but it did not feel like it 4 years ago when I was lying on the floor of my bedroom totally incapacitated bewildered and in pain.
And four years down the line most of the world I have loved is gone.
I will rebuild it if it takes a lifetime but I will get to my happy place, I have some big it back but corralling and arm movement would seal my future happiness.
God bless everyone and keep pushing forward and never give up improvement is waking up in the morning and taking a deep breath :face_exhaling:
