I have not read every single one of these books (mostly in my Kindle) but certainly the majority. Topics range from Chinese Medicine, to the Vagus Nerve, Sleeping, Breathing, Vitamin D, Qigong, Mitochondria, and include books by fellow stroke survivors. Hey Ann,

My stroke experience was very different to Jill Bolt Taylor’s AVM, but interesting how she stabilized herself all the same.

I’d recommend these 2 books, because they show you biology is not set in stone; it can and does change with your every thought :slight_smile: They are full of beautiful stories that will inspire you every step of the way
