We are both on the 10mg so no need to panic, phew. My chemist would have notified me if there was a recall notice for any of mine. But that’s because I use a designated chemist attached to my surgery, not everyone does that.
But, I must admit I don’t check the strips match the box to make sure they match.
I don’t check the individual tablets either…the numbers printed on individual tablets are just too small to read without wearing 2 pairs of glasses together or get the binoculars 
What I do notice is if they were a different colour, shape and size of tablets. That does get me double checking if they are correct.
So now I’ll add that to the list when I dispense my tablets into my weekly dosage trays

I am sure most people are not affected by this and as you say the pharmacists may well stop the tablets being dispensed but for whatever reason the notice popped up on my screen and I thought I may as well post it. I was in two minds as it is a “repeat” of the earlier warning from March and on double checking it was different and I thought how is it possible the same thing is happening again.
Glad you’ve got mechanisms in place for helping you make sure you get the right dosage at the right time.
