I signed up to join these sessions but it seems that the link was no longer valid when I tried to join. I have spent the last 35 minutes getting more and more frustrated that I cannot even manage to do this. Please help

I’m sorry you had difficulty getting on to the Me and My Stroke session this morning. Could I confirm that you were using the link from the email we sent this morning around 9am to get on the session.

Hi Anna, I was responding to the link in the email of 08:29. I have just found the later one in my spam box. Will there be new sessiuons in January?

Ahh yes, sometimes, unfortunately our emails do go people’s spam folder. We run Me and My Stroke every month so you’re more than welcome to join January’s sessions, they start on the 7 January and we’ll send you a reminder nearer the time to book on to this.
