Our Stroke Support Helpline is here to support anyone affected by stroke in the UK, including family and friends. Contact us by:

May Bank Holiday Opening Hours
- Saturday 3 May 2025: 10am - 1pm
- Sunday 4 May 2025: Closed
- Monday 5 May 2025: 10am - 1pm
We’ll be open as usual from Tuesday 6 May 2025, 9am - 5pm.

If our lines are closed or busy, you can still download a free stroke information pack.
If you think you or someone you know is having a stroke, please call 999 immediately.
In non-emergency situations, please contact:

We also offer a free British Sign Language (BSL) Video Relay Service to connect with an interpreter.
