I am now progressing to soup and toast, fatigue plagues me but achieving the independent life.
My food station is a very important part of my independence

That looks like a great device & anything that helps you be more independent has to be a winner.

Yes it is really useful when I need two arms to hold something and can use the clamp to keep the butter tub still or the jug of soup stable while eating.
My good lady was impressed

Sounds tasty to me! Maybe less lentil & more of the salmon though?

Loads of herbs and loads of spices will take the blandness away.
