Today I wish to share with you a little gem I have found on the YouTube. I have come across a guy who I find very informative, very watchable and he has bucket loads of experience as a cardiologist. Personally, I could listen to him all day.

Dr. Pradip Jamnadas covers many topics and he is passionate about everything. I have been watching him talk about gut microbiome as well as other things e.g. the Vagus nerve and I hope I will be able to put into practice what he says.
Fasting is nothing new - many religions include fast periods in their teachings. Watching some of these promoters of various diets might lead you to think they are crazy and may be they are, but when you dig down deep inside there are some truths in there.
Eating all the time or even regular meals is definitely a modern phenomenon. What did our ancestors do? They didn’t have food all the time and so they had no choice but to fast.
The issue of highly processed foods is huge and I don’t know what can be done about it.
There are fewer and fewer choices - I love milk, but now I can only find unhomogenised milk in one supermarket. All others are selling homogenised milk only. It’s bonkers!
