Having clear and transparent policies helps us all understand the expectations and boundaries, ensuring everyone has a positive experience.

What’s new?

  • Moderator roles: We’ve clarified the roles and responsibilities of our moderators to better manage expectations.
  • Self-management: We’re encouraging members to self-manage their conversations. This includes new guides on how to flag posts, what happens when a post is flagged, and the actions our team may take.
  • Privacy: We have been more clear on what is public so that people can make an informed decision before signing up. We have also added suggestions to help people manage their privacy when they are engaging with the Online Community.
