Hope and Charity

I left the Armed Forces in 1988. I’m now 65 and I had a stroke in April 2020 and then multiple mini strokes since (the last one being August 2022. My physical side was not as bad but I still needed physiotherapy and then into the gym for more workouts! I do suffer from brain fog and anxiety!
Today I completed a Charity walk for The Tommy Club (part of the Royal British Legion Industries) walking (or yomping) from the Lincoln War Memorial to the Bardney War Memorial (a distance of app 10 miles!
It has been a milestone for me!
Get the help that is given and bit by bit you can achieve your goals!
