Yes I am still doing the exercises and think they are helping I am feeling a little better I am going back to the specialist on Tuesday so I will see what he thinks about me. I am glad you are going a walk each day, We go every afternoon but not to far… All the best and have a lovely Christmas. Norma.

Dear Norma. I am so glad you are feeling better. The exercises are doing you good. Let me know how you get on at the specialist. I am sure it will be good news. I still go out for a walk every day ,although the weather has not been good so I tend to walk around the supermarket on my rollator,a little further each day. I too wish you and your husband a happy and healthy Christmas. Love Lilian

Thanks Lilian I will let you know what the specialist says I know I am not back to normal but things are improving. He did say to me that it would take a long time I have got to be patient. Norma.

Good to see you on here. I too had just got used to the old format. I still haven’t mastered this one and find myself feeling like I am in a labyrinth at the moment.

It’s Xmas day here in New Zealand, the sun is shining and very warm outside. 26C temperature and many people will be on the beach having a barbequed turkey! It would be too crowded for me so am just lurking on the internet and trying to keep cool.

Sorry to brag but the day was excellent, had to have back and front doors open plus a fan going just to keep us comfortable. This weather is much hotter that we are used to in December, this is February weather! Like the rest of the world we are getting warmer with more wild fires expected this year than previous.
We came to NZ 55 years ago and took no time to get used to spending Xmas on the beach with turkey on the barbeque!

Sounds like you’ve had a great day. You’re right the changes in the climate are a bit worrying, I hope there aren’t any wild fires they are so destructive.
