We Are Undefeatable is a campaign supporting people with long term health conditions, like stroke, to be more active. It was developed by 15 leading health and social care charities, and backed by National Lottery funding from Sport England.
They are currently gathering ideas from people to better understand what they need to get more active. These ideas will help to shape what We Are Undefeatable provides in the future.
