Great South Run 2025

I have a bit of an odd question and wasn’t sure where to direct it so I thought I’d start here and see if I can work my way through to the right person, maybe via @Anna_Moderator (sorry Anna I know you probably have enough work to do without me adding to it)

I’ve just watched the Great North Run and saw on the Stroke Association socials that there is a cheer squad on the course. I was wondering if there would be one at the Great South Run, and if so, how do you become a part of it? I enjoy running but am not able to run the Great South Run but thought there might still be a way to be involved?

This is probably the most random post we’ll ever see on the forum :joy:

I’ve checked over our website and it doesn’t look like there is any particular information about it on there. You could fill out the form on our fundraising page for someone to get in touch with you about it though.
