Bergen - a city and seaport on the Atlantic coast of Norway. It is an important port from where many coastal steamers and high speed passenger vessels serve the islands and coastal communities of Norway.

Forli - a town about half way between Bologna and Rimini in the north east of Italy. I spent a couple of weeks there in 1984 putting a machine in to a factory on the outskirts of Forli.
Our hotel was in the centre of Forli and we enjoyed fine food and wine in the evenings.

Heaton Park - a large park in the north of Manchester. It is a great place for a walk and often hosts large outdoor events.
It’s almost like that here today except we got no snow. 
What we have got is the cold that comes off the snow. They/them could have moved our little patch of Back of Beyond up there to Iceland.

Oakham - the county town of the county of Rutland in the East Midlands.
Queen Street station - a station in Glasgow where you can catch a train to the Highlands.
Rutland the smallest historic county in England
Seatoller - village at the head of Borrowdale and at the foot of the Honister Pass near Keswick in Cumbria. Great place to stay for fell walkers.
Telford
A town in Shropshire, England. It is the administrative centre of Telford and Wrekin borough, a unitary authority which covers the town, its suburbs and surrounding settlements. The town is inland and near the River Severn. It is home to the famous Ironbridge
